提起杨广志,在黑龙江省肇州县,可以说是无人不知、无人不晓。他以“恶魔的克星”闻名遐迩。同行们都称道他是一位“神警”。这里仅略举几例,以飧读者。“神警”出击解开疑案之谜 1999年3月7日晚,肇州县发生了一起建国以来未曾发生过的政法干部子弟、正在就读的中学生暴尸街头的案件。当晚22时12分,肇州县第二中学19岁的高三学生杨刚(化名)在放学回家的路上被人杀害。肇州县公安局刑警大队民警在大队长杨广志的带领下,分路调查了解情况。现场除了有一台死者骑的“二·四”型公主牌自行车外,没有任何对破案有帮助的遗留物。经过调查,查出与杨刚有过矛盾、打过架的有4人,其中3人被否掉。剩下一个是杨三,系三轮车司机,1998年6月因车费问题2人打过架,杨三被杨刚打伤,后2人讲和,杨三暂末找到下落。
