作者利用自制的5-羟色胺(5-HT)抗血清,成功地对豚鼠胰腺进行了免疫细胞化学定位。结果表明,应用PAP-GDN和PAP染色技术,观察到在豚鼠胰腺的内、外分泌部均有5-HT免疫反应细胞分布。在胰腺内分泌部(胰岛)5-HT免疫反应细胞分布均匀,形态多样,大小不等。在外分泌部,5-HT免疫反应细胞呈单个分散或聚集分布,主要位于腺上皮或导管上皮之间,或位于腺泡之间或导管旁的结缔组织之中。作者对其意义进行了讨论。
The authors successfully immunized the pancreas of guinea pigs with immunocytochemistry using homemade 5-HT (5-HT) antiserum. The results showed that the PAP-GDN and PAP staining techniques were used to observe the distribution of 5-HT immunoreactive cells in both the endocrine and exocrine parts of guinea pig pancreas. In pancreatic endocrine (islet) 5-HT immune response cells are evenly distributed, diverse in shape and size. In the exocrine portion, 5-HT immunoreactive cells are scattered or aggregated in a single distribution, primarily between the gland epithelium or ductal epithelium, or between the acinar or connective tissue adjacent to the catheter.
