目的：探讨益气活血方延缓衰老的机理。方法：利用自然衰老气虚血瘀证大鼠，观察给予益气活血方前后血液流变性；大脑去甲肾上腺素（ＮＥ）；血促肾上腺皮质激素（ＡＣＴＨ）、β－内啡肽（β－Ｅｎｄ）、皮质醇（Ｃｏｒｔｉｓｏｌ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）、睾酮（Ｔ）、白细胞介素－Ⅱ（ＩＬ－２）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）；脾淋巴细胞转化，诱生ＩＬ－２及自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫＣ）活性。结果：与青年鼠比较，衰老大鼠上述指标值均有不同程度降低，应用益气活血方治疗，衰老大鼠上述指标得到明显改善，而对青年鼠无明显影响。结论：益气活血方可有效增强衰老机体神经、内分泌、免疫调节功能，维持机体内环境稳定。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Fang in delaying aging. METHODS: Rats with natural qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were used to observe the blood rheology before and after administration of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe; brain norepinephrine (NE); adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), β-endorphin (β-End) ), Cortisol, estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), interleukin-II (IL-2), tumor necrosis factor (TNF); spleen lymphocyte transformation, IL-2 induction and natural Killer cell (NKC) activity. RESULTS: Compared with young rats, the above index values of aging rats were reduced to varying degrees. Applying Yiqi Huoxue Prescription, the above indicators of aging rats were significantly improved, but there was no significant effect on young rats. Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue can effectively enhance the nerve, endocrine and immune regulation function of aging body, and maintain the environmental stability in the body.
