微博是近两年以来最火的网络工具。《南方人物周刊》更是将“微博客”评为2010年度人物。所谓微博,顾名思义是微型的博客,网络用户可以通过电脑、手机等各种客户端进行信息的分享和传播。与普通博客相比,微博一般限于140字,更新速度更快,传播方式更为便捷。2009年8月,新浪网推出“新浪微博”内测版,成为门户网站中第一家提供微博服务的网站,之后,如雨后春笋一般,各大网站开始纷纷推出微博。微博的兴起,不仅改变了人们的生活方式,也对著作权法律保护提出了新的课题。
Weibo is the hottest networking tool in the last two years. “Southern People Weekly” is the “microblogging ” as the 2010 figures. The so-called micro-blog, as the name suggests is a mini-blog, Internet users through computers, mobile phones and other clients for information sharing and dissemination. Compared with ordinary blog, microblogging is generally limited to 140 words, update faster, more convenient way of transmission. In August 2009, SINA launched the “Sina Weibo” beta version, becoming the first website in the portal to provide Weibo services. After that, it mushroomed and the major websites started to launch Weibo. The rise of Weibo has not only changed people's way of life, but also put forward new issues for the protection of copyright law.
