在多尺度计算方法的基础上提出了一种精确、高效的结构局部精细化计算方法,并采用通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立一钢框架的精细化模型、多尺度模型、基于子结构的多尺度模型和宏观模型进行受力分析。分析结果表明,基于子结构的多尺度模型能够达到与多尺度模型相同的计算精度,同时能够大大提高计算效率减少计算时间,并且计算容易收敛。基于子结构的多尺度模型为复杂结构关键构件的应力分析提供了一种新方法。
Based on the multi-scale calculation method, a precise and efficient calculation method of structural local refinement is proposed. The refined finite element model, multi-scale model, multi-scale model based on substructure are constructed by using general finite element software ABAQUS And macro model for stress analysis. The analysis results show that the substructure-based multi-scale model can achieve the same calculation accuracy as the multi-scale model, and at the same time can greatly improve the computational efficiency and reduce the computational time, and the computation is easy to converge. Multi-scale model based on substructure provides a new method for stress analysis of key components in complex structure.
