吐哈吐哈24wt/a甲醇精馏装置生产中多次出现甲醇产品沸程超标的情况。通过对生产化验数据和精馏生产工艺参数分析,查找出了造成沸程超标的根本原因,通过工艺调整、操作控制、技术改造实施优化措施,彻底解决了因回收塔操作负荷过大、精馏系统中杂醇油积累造成的沸程超标问题,保证了产品质量,降低了生产能耗。在此,对精馏产品沸程超标的原因和控制措施及技改方案作简要总结,供甲醇企业参考。
