本文检测了92例糖尿病患者的血清Apo-B水平,并选择44例正常人做对照,结果见糖尿病患者的Apo-B水平,明显高于正常人(P<0.05),且40岁以上中老年组比年轻组Apo-B升高明显。
In this paper, serum Apo-B levels were measured in 92 patients with diabetes mellitus and 44 normal controls were selected. The results showed that the Apo-B levels in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05) Group Apo-B than young group increased significantly.
