1 活力减退的表现 (1)等米下锅。日常工作中,一些科室党支部机械地对待和执行上级党组织的决定和指示,工作缺乏主动性,不善于联系本支部的思想和工作实际创造性地开展工作,往往是坐等上级布置任务,有令就行,无令就等,支部工作处于消极被动状态。 (2)束手无策。一些科室党支部对如何开展工作,如何搞活支部缺少办法、对策,不知从何处入手,
