“新常态”是今年中央经济工作会议的关键词之一。会议总结今年经济工作,深入系统阐述了当前我国经济发展新常态,提出2015年经济工作的总体要求和主要任务,全面部署明年经济社会发展重点工作。关于新常态的系统阐述,是中央对当前国际国内经济形势的战略判断,是当前制定经济发展政策和创新宏观调控的最重要背景。深化理解、科学认识和准确把握我国经济发展新常态,有利于形成社会合理预期,对于增强思想和行动合力,增强加快转方式调结构的自觉性和主动性具有重要意义。
“New Normal ” is one of the key words of the Central Economic Work Conference this year. The meeting summarized the economic work this year, thoroughly and systematically expounded the new normal of our country’s economic development, proposed the general requirements and major tasks for economic work in 2015, and fully deployed the key tasks for economic and social development next year. The systematic exposition of the new normal is the central government’s strategic judgment of the current international and domestic economic situations and the most important background for the current formulation of economic development policies and for the innovation of macro-control. Deepening understanding, scientifically understanding and accurately grasping the new normal of our economic development is conducive to forming a reasonable social expectation and is of great significance to strengthening the synergy of thinking and action and enhancing the consciousness and initiative in accelerating the restructuring of the economy.
