一、野菊花制剂1.野菊花注射液:本品为野菊花(Chrysa-nthemum indicum L.)提取制成的无色透明的灭菌溶液,每2 ml 相当于野菊花生药2 g。制法:取野菊花1 kg,加水适量蒸溜,收集蒸溜液4000 ml,再行蒸溜,收集重蒸溜液约950 ml,加入苯甲醇20 ml,用10%NaOH调节到 pH 6.5～7.0,加注射用水至1000ml,通过3或4号垂熔漏斗滤过,灌封,灭菌,即得。2.野菊花棉球:本品为野菊花提取制成的无色灭菌溶液,每毫升相当于野菊花生药0.5g。
