当今社会已进入信息时代,计算机与通信技术发展日新月异,新技术、新产品层出不穷,知识更新的周期也越来越短。金融电子化实见的关键在于人才,因此,现有科技人员的继续培训和全员计算机普及培训就成了各行发展业务的当务之急。我们采取了以下措施: 一、选送基层优秀业务人员进入大专院校深造 从1988年开始,我们采取了从基层行选送一些政治、业务、文化素质校高的人员去桂林电子工业学院、哈尔滨金融专科学校、广播电视大学等大专院校计算机系进行一至两年的学习,毕业之后回原单位工作的方法。几年来,我们共选送30多名学员进入大专院校深造,这些人回到原单位后,由于既懂金融业务、又懂计算机知识,现已成为各行的业务骨干,有的还走上了二级分行科技科的领导岗位,加强了我区人行的科技力量。实践证明,在目前科技力量薄弱,尤其是地处边远贫困地区的基层行,这是一种改善当地科技落后状况的行之有效的方法。 二、积极参加总行举办的各项培训活动 由于总行科技司、金融电子化公司把握着全国金融科技宏观规划的全局,他们制定的科技工作方针就是我们基层行科技工作的方向,因而总行举办的各类培训班在总体和针对性方面都具有较高的权威性和指导性。因此,凡是总行组织的培训班,我们都积极参加,井尽可能多地?
Today’s society has entered the information age. With the rapid development of computer and communication technology, new technologies and new products are emerging one after another, and the cycle of knowledge updating is getting shorter and shorter. The key to financial electronicization is talent. Therefore, continued training of existing scientific and technical personnel and popularization of computer training for all members of staff have become urgent tasks for all businesses. We have taken the following measures: I. Selective delivery of outstanding grassroots business personnel to tertiary institutions Since 1988, we have taken a number of personnel from high schools to send students with political, business and cultural qualifications to Guilin Institute of Electronic Technology, Harbin Finance College Schools, radio and television universities and other colleges and universities computer for one to two years of study, after graduating from the original unit of work. Over the past few years, we have sent more than 30 trainees to tertiary institutions for further studies. After returning to their original units, these people have become the backbone of the business since they both understand financial business and know well about computers. Some of them even embarked on the second Level branch of science and technology leadership positions, strengthening of our region’s pedestrian technology. Practice shows that at present grass-roots banks with weak technological strength, especially in remote and impoverished areas, this is an effective way to improve the backwardness of the local science and technology. II.
