胚胎干细胞的多潜能性分化特点和无限的自我更新能力使其成为再生药物,一直处于人类生命科学研究的前沿。近年来,应用胚胎干细胞治疗疾病的研究报道屡见不鲜,但关于其体内组织分布和代谢动力学特点等相关问题还没有系统设计的研究报道,而这些问题是实现胚胎干细胞应用于临床治疗疾病所必须解决的。本文综述了胚胎干细胞体内应用后的生物药剂学特点,并比较了各种标记示踪方法的优缺点。
The pluripotency of embryonic stem cells and their unlimited self-renewal ability make them a regenerative drug that has been at the forefront of human life science research. In recent years, the application of embryonic stem cells to treat diseases is not uncommon, but there is no systematic research on the related issues such as the distribution of tissue and the dynamics of metabolism in vivo. These problems must be solved in order to realize the application of embryonic stem cells in clinical treatment of diseases of. This review summarizes the biopharmaceutical characteristics of embryonic stem cells in vivo and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various labeled tracer methods.
