由国家科委、中宣部、新闻出版暑联合举办的第二届全国优秀科技期刊评比工作于1996年6月开始 ,1997年3月结束。本刊荣获一等奖。在此期间 ,本刊编辑部邀请专家组成评委会 ,从本刊1992年至1995年发表的900多篇论文中 ,评选出95篇优秀论文。这些论文的共同特点是 :选材新 ,内容精 ,信息量大 ,实用性强 ,有创新性和导向性 ,结构严谨 ,写作水平较高。这些论文发表后 ,或是被评为省市级优秀论文 ,在领导部门决策、规划中发挥了重要作用 ;或是所报道的项目获得了省市级以上科技进步奖和优质工程奖 ;或是被规范、规程、教材、图书、科技期刊所引用 ;或是为施工、设计、科研、教学单位所应用 ,创造了很大的经济效益和社会效益。在此 ,谨向优秀论文的作者表示热烈的祝贺 ,向积极为本刊撰稿的广大作者表示衷心的感谢。希望本刊的老作者、新作者、建筑界各方面的专家、学者、科研课题和工程项目负责人 ,为本刊读者奉献更多的优秀作品。本刊将进一步完善评比办法 ,适时地组织下一届优秀论文评比活动。
The appraisal of the 2nd National Outstanding Sci-Tech Periodicals co-organized by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Central Propaganda Department and the Press and Publication Bureau began in June 1996 and ended in March 1997. The journal won the first prize. During this period, the editorial department of the journal invited experts to form a jury to select 95 outstanding papers from more than 900 papers published in this journal from 1992 to 1995. The common characteristics of these papers are: new material selection, fine content, large amount of information, strong practicality, innovation and guidance, rigorous structure, and high writing level. After the publication of these papers, they were evaluated as outstanding papers at the provincial and municipal levels and played an important role in the decision-making and planning of the leading departments; or the reported projects won the scientific and technological progress awards and high-quality engineering awards at the provincial and municipal levels; or It has been cited by regulations, procedures, textbooks, books, and scientific journals; or it has been applied to construction, design, scientific research, and teaching institutions, creating great economic and social benefits. Here, I would like to express my warm congratulations to the authors of the excellent papers and express my sincere gratitude to the vast majority of authors actively writing articles for this paper. We hope that the old authors, new authors, experts in various fields of the construction industry, scholars, research subjects, and project managers will present more excellent works for readers of this journal. The journal will further improve the appraisal methods and timely organize the next outstanding paper appraisal activities.
