本文提出一种基于第二代高温超导涂层导体(ReBCO CC)具有各向同性结构的高温超导股线.股线中的带材按照中心对称的方式进行排列,使用导热导电性能良好的金属材料对带材进行捆扎包覆,采用金属包套工艺提高股线的机械性能和电磁稳定性.为了研究各向同性高温超导股线(IHTSS),本文提出一种根据带材各向异性,通过有限元仿真,计算股线自场下临界电流的方法.制作了一根20cm长的IHTSS短样,在液氮温度下对其自场临界电流进行了测量,实验结果与计算结果基本一致,证明了计算的合理性.此外,实验和仿真表明,IHTSS在液氮温度下已具有较高的临界电流.
In this paper, a high-temperature superconducting strands based on the second generation of high-temperature superconducting coated conductors (ReBCO CC) with an isotropic structure are proposed. The strands in the strands are arranged in a centrosymmetric manner, The metal material is used to bundle the tapes and the metal cladding technology is used to improve the mechanical properties and electromagnetic stability of the strands.In order to study the isotropic high temperature superconducting strands (IHTSS) , The finite element simulation was used to calculate the critical current of the wire under self-field.The short IHTSS specimen of 20cm length was fabricated and its self-field critical current was measured at liquid nitrogen temperature.The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results , Which proves the rationality of calculation.In addition, experiments and simulations show that IHTSS has a higher critical current at liquid nitrogen temperature.
