为进一步加强林业有害生物防治工作,国务院办公厅日前发布了《关于进一步加强林业有害生物防治工作的意见》。《意见》提出到2020年,林业有害生物监测预警、检疫御灾、防治减灾体系全面建成,防治检疫队伍建设全面加强,生物入侵防范能力显著提升,林业有害生物危害得到有效控制,主要林业有害生物成灾率控制在4‰以下,无公害防治率达到85%以上,测报准确率达到90%以上,种苗产地检疫率达到100%。
