历史的长河流淌到公元1978年末。一天下午,我登上了由驻地温州开往上海的海轮回家探亲。进入三等舱刚放下行李,看见上铺那位戴眼镜的女同志正在阅读《浙南日报》,那《党的十一届三中全会在京胜利闭幕》通栏的套红标题立刻吸引住了我的目光。党的十一届三中全会正在召开,这我已经听说,因上午在宿舍准备行李,未到办公室去看报,三中全会已胜利闭幕的消息我却全然不知。那位女同志看我想知道三中全会内容的急切神态,便将报纸递给我说:“解放军同志,三中全会可真是一次非常重要的会议,你先看看公报吧！”我感激地接过了报纸,贪婪地阅读起来。
