[目的]观察降糖舒络方联和西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]将70例门诊糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组。对照组35例血塞通分散片、弥可保;治疗组35例在常规治疗基础上,给予降糖舒络方。两组均1个月为1疗程。治疗1疗程(30d)进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),证侯疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),FBG、PBG、TC、TG治疗组明显降低(P<0.05),对照组变化不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]降糖舒络方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可改善临床症状、降糖、降脂,安全有效,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the effect of Hypoglycemic Shulu Fufang and western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Methods] Seventy patients with out-patient diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 35 cases of Xuesaitong dispersible tablets, Mi Kebao; 35 cases of treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment, given hypoglycemic Shulufang. Two groups were 1 month for a course of treatment. Treatment of a course of treatment (30d) to determine the efficacy. [Results] The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the therapeutic effect of Hou Hou was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The FBG, PBG, TC and TG treatment groups were significantly lower , While the control group did not change significantly (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] Jiangtang Shulufang treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve clinical symptoms, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, safe and effective, it is worth promoting.
