《辅导员》杂志作为中国少先队队刊,不仅是宣传党和国家有关少年儿童工作精神的喉舌,加强少年儿童思想道德教育、推进素质教育的重要依托,也是共青团中央、全国少工委联系全国少年儿童、辅导员老师、少先队工作者的纽带。面对农村相对薄弱的少先队工作状况,多年来,《辅导员》杂志努力发挥队刊的作用,积极寻找、挖掘为农村少先队服务的途径,以求真务实的工作作风为广大农村辅导员办实事、办好事。2001年暑假,辅导员杂志社推出“手拉手赠队刊——种子工程”活动。6年来,全国先后有16个省的省、市、县级少工委以及学校、社会团体、企事业单位和个人参加了这一活动,累计捐赠《辅导员》杂志8000多套,96000多本。19个省、市、区的基层学校先后或连续几年获赠队刊,受赠学校涵盖了整个西部地区及部分内地贫困县的农村学校。 The “Counselor” Magazine, as a Chinese Young Pioneer Team, not only serves as a propaganda mouthpiece for the working spirit of children and youth in the party and the state, but also strengthens the ideological and moral education of children and adolescents and plays an important role in promoting quality education. The grassroots schools in 19 provinces, municipalities and districts have received their own publications successively or for several years.
