患儿男,8个月,因昏睡3小时就诊。3小时前,因鼻塞、流涕用0.1%鼻眼净两鼻孔各滴2滴,数分钟后入睡,3小时不醒,呼之不应。做心电图见Ⅱ度房室传导阻滞。诊断鼻眼净中毒。病前除鼻卡他症状外,无任何不适。无心脏病及心律失常病史。体检:体温36.7℃,睡眠状,面色苍白,呼吸稍促,皮肤湿凉,两瞳孔等大等圆,光反应存在,心律不齐,84次/分,心界不大,心音低钝,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音,双肺未闻及罗音。肝脾未触及。四肢肌肉松驰。治疗经过:入院后即吸氧,静注葡萄糖、维生素 C
