由建设部、铁道部、交通部、冶金部、航空部及有关省市的土建科研、设计、施工和高校、钢厂组成的“预应力技术开发咨询部”于1986年4月24日在京成立。该部主要接受预应力结构工程系统,尤其是大开间、大柱网和大空间预应力楼盖及屋盖结构设计与施工的咨询,以及城市大、中型立交桥的梁、板结构的咨询。咨询部地址是:北京西外车公庄大街19号361室。
