我院首届选举党委党员大会在党的十四届六中全会胜利闭幕后召开了,这是我院政治生活中的一件大事,也是学院发展建设中的一件大事.党的十四届六中全会对我国社会主义精神’文明建设,特别是思想道德和文化建设,作出了全面部署,这是在四中全会提出加强党的组织、干部队伍建设问题和五中全会确立了我国跨世纪的宏伟目标和任务的基础上,为进一步加强精神文明建设、促进社会全面发展而送来的一股强劲的东风.这三次全会各强调一个重点,充分体现了“物质文明和精神文明一起抓、干部队伍是保证”的精神.我们要认真贯彻中央精神,统一思想,艰苦奋斗,把学院党建工作提高到一个新水平,努力开创学院两个文明建设的新局面,保证学院“九五”规划的顺利实现.下面,我代表党委向大会作工作报告.
