当今,人力资本和人力资本投资开始成为经济学界研究的重要课题,并取得了许多重要的研究成果。这些研究成果使得人力资本投资在世界范围内受到了前所未有的重视。企业作为以盈利为目的的经济组织,也越来越认识到对人力资本进行投资可以带来丰厚的回报,因此,纷纷把人力资本投资作为企业生存发展的一项重要策略。但是,按照一般的投资规律,风险总是与收益并存,高收益总是伴随着高风险。
Nowadays, the investment of human capital and human capital has become an important subject in the field of economics and many important research results have been obtained.
