目的掌握石家庄市水体环境病原菌分布状况,评价可能存在的安全风险。方法于2013年1—12月采集该市自备井水、二次供水、出厂水、直饮水、医疗机构污水、游泳池水、景观水、集中空调系统冷凝水水样进行病原菌分离和鉴定。结果共采集346件水样,检出53种细菌。阴沟肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、嗜水气单胞菌、弗氏柠檬酸杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌的检出率较高,依次为24.0%(83/346),22.8%(79/346),15.3%(53/346),13.3%(46/346),12.1%(42/346),12.1%(42/346)。结论水体环境中占优势的为条件致病菌,其在水域、季节上的分布存在差异。
Objective To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria in water environment in Shijiazhuang and evaluate the possible safety risks. Methods From January to December in 2013, the samples of well water, secondary water supply, factory water, direct drinking water, medical institution sewage, swimming pool water, landscape water and condensate water samples of central air conditioning system were collected for the isolation and identification of pathogenic bacteria. Results A total of 346 water samples were collected and 53 kinds of bacteria were detected. Enterobacter cloacae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aeromonas hydrophila, Citrobacter freundii, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli were higher in the order of 24.0% (83/346), 22.8% (79/346), 15.3% (53/346), 13.3% (46/346), 12.1% (42/346), 12.1% (42/346). Conclusion The predominant pathogens in water environment are different in the distribution of water and season.
