目的探讨通过卫生部门主导,寻找有力载体(工会)在企业开展艾滋病(AIDS)外展服务干预,探讨该模式的干预效果。方法由市CDC专业人员培训基层医务人员,后者培训企业外展人员和同伴教育员,对企业流动人口采取多种形式的艾滋病综合干预,市CDC定期督导,对干预效果和模式进行评价。结果经过3年的实践,多部门参与的外展服务干预模式基本建立,流动人口艾滋病知识知晓率得到提高,接受率较高的是艾滋病知识讲座、AIDS自愿咨询检测服务等因直接、直观的干预方式,综合干预取得一定成效。结论多部门参与配合的流动人口综合干预模式能培养基层医务人员,提高企业和员工的防艾意识,值得借鉴推广。
Objective To explore how interventions of AIDS outreaching service can be conducted by finding a powerful carrier (trade union) led by the health department and discussing the intervention effect of this mode. Methods The municipal CDC professionals trained grassroots medical personnel who trained outreach workers and peer educators to adopt various forms of integrated HIV / AIDS interventions for migrant workers. CDC regularly supervised and evaluated the effects and patterns of interventions. Results After three years of practice, the multisectoral outreach service intervention model was basically established. The rate of awareness of AIDS among migrants increased. The higher acceptance rate was due to direct and direct interventions such as AIDS knowledge lectures and HIV voluntary counseling and testing services. Way, comprehensive intervention achieved some success. Conclusion The multisectoral model of integrated intervention of floating population can cultivate grass-roots medical staff and raise awareness of prevention of AIDS among enterprises and staff, which is worth learning from.
