2002年12月10日,国家安全生产监督管理局副局长闪淳昌在全国注册安全工程师执业资格认定工作座谈会上强调:1.实行注册安全工程师执业资格制度是加强企业安全管理工作,特别是中小企业安全管理工作的需要,是稳定和加强安全工程技术人员队伍的需要,是提高企业安全管理水平的需要;2.注册安全工程师执业资格认定工作,既要逐步和国际接轨,又要从中国国情出发。既要严格考试标准,又要考虑现实的需要。此次认定工作的重点,放在生产经营单位现有生产管理人员,及社会中介组织长期从事安全工程技术工作的人员。3.要加强领导,精心组织,做好认定工作。
