开展现行文件提供利用工作是档案馆拓展服务功能的重要表现,是更好地适应政务公开现实需求的重要举措。2000年,深圳市档案馆成立了文档资料服务中心,在全国率先开展了已公开现行文件提供利用工作。随后,各种形式的现行文件服务机构犹如雨后春笋般相继出现,对于维护公众的知情权、加强民主与法制建设发挥了重要作用。笔者试对当前档案馆现行文件中心在建设和发展中涉及到的几方面问题,做一剖析。
Carrying out the current documents and providing the utilization work is an important manifestation of the archival service expansion function and is an important measure to better meet the actual needs of the open government affairs. In 2000, the Shenzhen Archives set up a document service center, taking the lead in carrying out the work of making available and publicly available documents in the country. Subsequently, various forms of the existing document service agencies sprang up like springing up, which played an important role in safeguarding the public’s right to know and in strengthening democracy and legal construction. The author tries to analyze the several problems involved in the construction and development of the current document center of the current archives.
