据《科学政策展望》报道,美国和德国计划在1992年内建立一个联合科学院,其目标是保持两国之间的科学联系,并共同致力于研究一些全球性问题。这是德国总理科尔在今年三月访美期间宣布的。
According to the Science Policy Outlook, the United States and Germany plan to establish a joint academy within 1992 with the goal of preserving the scientific ties between the two countries and jointly working on some global issues. This was announced by German Chancellor Cole during his visit to the United States in March this year.
