本文依据湘钢现场条件,建立了连铸方坯(150×150、240×240mm~2)凝固传热数学模型;它可应用于确定连铸二冷配水和连铸凝固过程的工艺分析。
According to the conditions of Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group, the mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer of continuous casting billet (150 × 150, 240 × 240mm ~ 2) was established. It can be applied to the process analysis of the second continuous cooling water distribution and continuous casting solidification process.
