止血敏是一种常用的止血药物,用于各种出血,临床上用途广,不良反应少,据有关文献记载偶见过敏性休克.一旦发生,后果严重.我院于1996年抢救了1例临床上罕见的肌注止血敏引起的过敏性休 克,现报告如下.患者,女,37岁.因头面部软组织挫伤而于1996年2月26日入院.2月27日1:00时左右突然鼻、口腔出血.医嘱给予止血敏0.5mg st.肌注后3分钟,病人全身出现荨麻疹,立即给予地塞米松5mg随即患者感咽喉部发痒、胸闷,继之出现烦躁不安、口唇青紫,出现呼吸困难、脉搏细弱、四肢冰冷、全身出冷汗、血压骤然下降,神志欠清,测血压8/
