我们常把学习成绩不够理想、自律能力较差的学生称为“后进生”或“学困生”。他们是一线教师工作中的重点和难点之一,常常会让我们头疼不已。合理的转化方式是促进“后进生”前进的关键,结合以往的工作经验,笔者总结出以下几点。一、成绩后进——以耐心促成长成绩后进是我们常见的后进生的典型,他们的理解能力和记忆能力较之普通学生要滞后一些。对于这一类学生,我们要有足够的耐心等待他们开花结果。×明是我曾经教过的一个“成绩后进”的孩子。一年级刚入学
