7月19日在广东珠海举行的“2009中国海洋论坛”上透露,未来中国海油将在渤海湾、南海和沿海构建3个“海上大庆”油气田。根据2020年我国能源供求情况预测,我国石油消费量将达4.5×108 t,届时石油产量将为1.8×108~2×108 t吨,缺口将达2.5×108~2.7×108 t;天然气缺口将达800×108 m3.
