贵州省黔南州上隆农场是黔南布依族苗族自治州的一个以上山下乡知识青年为主体的国营企业农场。我场在罗甸县逢亭、罗悃和兴义专区望谟县桑郎区的交界处:位于红水河流域河谷山区,海拔440～620公尺之间,北纬25度24分,东经106度29分,年平均气温18.7℃,平均相对湿度76％、降水量为1196毫米,地温平均为24.8℃,年平均日照1484.9时历年极端最高气温达40.3℃,最低0℃,霜期短,全场有可耕面积6600亩,已耕面积1000亩,旱地700多亩;水田200多亩。种植作物有甘蔗、水稻、油菜、包谷、花生、蔬菜、果树等,设有一座日榨120吨白糖厂。全场总人口677人,职工93人,全场分为一、二、三、四中队、糖厂、砖瓦厂、农机队、场部机关等八个单位。
