一、教师转变自身的教学观念作为教师我们都知道,在教学活动中,居于主体地位的是学生,而不是老师,教师在这过程事只是个配角,老师存在的的最终就是能够教会自己的学生拥有自主学习的能力。不过就目前国内的化学教学现状来看,很多老师的教学理念仍然受到了以往的课程目标的影响,众多的老师仍然将考高分作为了教学的最主要的目标,因而课堂教学中的教师抄学生装写的方式无处不在,提升学生的自主学习能力并为受到相应的重视。而重视学生的自主学习能力的培养以及提升,很重要的方法就是要转变老师的教学理念,进而转变老师教学的模式,要让老师明白真正好的教学并不是老师一直在讲
