全国国营农场管理工作座谈会于1981年9月、12月分别在江苏东辛农场(南方片)和北京(北方片)召开。到会代表汇报了在贯彻调整方针中,经过整顿和重点装备,农机化工作稳步发展的新情况;汇报了近几年加强农机管理和推行农机经济责任制以来取得的新成绩和新经验;研究了农机工作在新形势下的新问题和新任务。并对《国营农场机务工作规章》、《农业机械化技术经济指标及计算方法》、《农业机械报废暂行规定》、《农业机械装备原则》以及农机设备的折旧、大修基金提存、更新换代、农机经济责任制等有关制度,规定和技术政策等问题作了专题讨论。会议交流了经验,研究了办法,对进一步加强农机工作的领导和管理,发挥农机化生产优势,提高农机作业经
The State-owned Farm Management Work Symposium was held in September and December 1981 in East Xin Farm, Jiangsu Province and South of Beijing. The delegates reported new situations in the course of implementing the adjustment guidelines, rectification and key equipment, and the steady development of agricultural mechanization. They also reported new achievements and new experiences gained in strengthening the management of agricultural machinery and the economic responsibility system of agricultural machinery in recent years.
