“(?)之于足,行之于腿,(?)之于膝”。杨式太极拳的“十六关要论”一开头,便首先提到足、腿、膝是练拳的根本所在。太极的架式锻炼着重在下架,根于脚,发于腿,其架式锻炼的要求,是从这里出发的。同时更值得注意的是足的(?)、腿的行、膝的(?)。太极拳的(?)、行、(?)的奥秘所在,是拳艺家们通过不断的艰苦锻炼、辛勤实践,所摸索出来的可贵经验。
