模拟了新疆某油田井下地层水环境,采用恒电流法分别检测P110套管钢在不同温度、pH值、矿化度下的自腐蚀电位和极化曲线,考察了不同介质条件下P110套管的电化学性能。结果表明,相对温度而言,pH值和矿化度对P110钢电化学性能影响有限;随着温度的升高,P110钢的开路电位显著负移;温度能影响P110套管表面腐蚀产物膜特性,钝化膜的稳定性随温度上升而逐渐消失,从而导致在高温下P110钢表面不断溶解腐蚀。
The underground water environment of an oilfield in Xinjiang was simulated. The potentials and polarization curves of P110 casing steel under different temperature, pH value and salinity were measured by galvanostatic method. The results show that pH and salinity have a limited influence on the electrochemical properties of P110 steel with relative temperature. With the increase of temperature, the open circuit potential of P110 steel is significantly negative. The temperature can affect the film properties of the corrosion products of P110 bushing , The stability of passivation film gradually disappears with the temperature rise, resulting in the continuous dissolution of P110 steel surface corrosion under high temperature.
