镇草宁(草甘膦)是一种新的广谱性萌后除草剂,它在多年生植物体内能迅速转移。试验表明,用它来防治匍匐冰草很有希望。环境条件会影响通常用来防治冰草的几种除草剂的效果,例如百草枯在6℃时的最终药效比16℃时的好。因此,有必要研究镇草宁在不同环境条件下防治匍匐冰草的效果。我们在光照、温度和湿度可以变化而其它因子恒定的人工气候室内,在有某种程度控制的玻璃房内和在不加控制的室外,测定了环境对镇草宁药效的影响。
