辛庄引黄灌区中部有大片贫苦水区,地下水含F、Mg量高,不适宜农业灌溉和生活饮用,需发展引黄灌溉。由于引水渠道修建较早,年久失修,大部分没有采取防渗防漏措施,两边被水冲后垮塌严重,不能发挥应有的作用。为了提高灌区范围内水资源的利用率,必须对现有引黄干支渠道进行节水改造建设。本文提出利用现有引水工程,对骨干输水渠道即干、支渠进行节水改造和建筑物配套建设。节水技术拟选用渠道防渗节水灌溉工程技术。

This paper proposes to make use of the existing water diversion project to carry out water-saving transformation and construction of supporting structures for dry and branch channels of backbone water conveyance.
