2002年12月15～19日,全国水利水电施工技术信息网成立25周年、《水利水电施工》期刊创刊20周年技术经验交流会暨《水利水电工程施工手册》首发仪式在四川省成都召开。会议由全国水利水电施工技术信息网主办。出席会议的有来自全国水电建设施工、设计及开发公司等60多个单位的领导、专家及代表120余人,会议收到交流论文10余篇,中国工程院院士谭靖夷也应邀出席了会议。中国水利水电建设总公司副总经理付元初主持了会议的开幕式,全国水利水电施工技术信息网周世明秘书长在大会上做了信息网成立25周年的工作报告,介绍了信息网成立以来的经历以及所取得的成就。有关领导高度评价了信息网所做的卓有成效的工作,对《水利水电工程施工手册》的正式出版表示祝贺。付元初副经理主持了首发式,周世明秘书长对手册编审委的编审工作做了总结。中国电力出
From December 15 to December 19, 2002, the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the National Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Technology Information Network was held. The 20 th anniversary of the “Journal of Hydraulic and Hydroelectric Engineering Construction” was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The conference is hosted by the National Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Technology Information Network. More than 120 leaders, experts and representatives from more than 60 units, including construction, design and development companies of hydropower construction, design and development companies, attended the meeting and received over 10 papers. Tan Jingyi, member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, was also invited to attend the conference. Fu Yuanchu, vice president of China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Corporation, presided over the opening ceremony of the conference. Secretary-General Zhou Shiming of the National Water and Hydropower Construction Technology Information Network made a work report on the 25th anniversary of the founding of Information Network at the conference and introduced the Experience and achievements made. The leaders spoke highly of the fruitful work done by Information Network and congratulated on the official publication of Handbook for Construction of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects.
