本文从圆度测量时的斜率定义出发,推导出钢球、内圈和外圈的平均斜率与轴承径向振动速度值(安德鲁)的关系式,并提出了零件对振动的影响系数;建议在圆度仪中增设计算测量轮廓的径向二阶导均方根值r″的程序,并推导出钢球、内圈和外圈的r″与轴承径向振动加速度值(dB)的关系式。附表2个,参考文献2篇。
Based on the definition of slope during roundness measurement, this paper deduces the relation between the average slope of steel ball, inner ring and outer ring and the value of radial vibration velocity of bearing (Andrew), and puts forward the influence coefficient of part on vibration. In the circularity meter, a program of calculating the radial second-order root mean square r “of the measurement profile is added and the relation between r” and the radial acceleration acceleration value (dB) of the steel ball, the inner ring and the outer ring is deduced .
