随着我国酒店业通过十多年的持续发展,企业的规模和数量不断增长,连锁酒店集团已经成为整个酒店行业的绝对主力。当前我国正处于新经济的发展时代,国内经济社会正在发生结构性的深刻变革,连锁酒店集团发展呈现新的特点和趋势,对于经营管理理念及营销策略产生了巨大的影响。华住酒店集团在国内的连锁酒店企业中具有一定代表。因此,加强对华住集团发展与营销策略问题的研究,具有十分重要的意义和作用。本文简要介绍了华住酒店集团发展的现状,深入分析了华住酒店集团营销策略存在的主要问题,研究提出了进一步完善和优化华住酒店集团营销策略的对策建议。
With the continuous development of China’s hotel industry through more than a decade, the scale and number of enterprises have been increasing. The hotel chains have become the absolute main force in the hotel industry. At present, our country is in an era of new economy development. Structural and profound changes are taking place in the domestic economy and society. The development of chain hotel groups presents new features and trends, which have a tremendous impact on management concepts and marketing strategies. China Lodging Group in the country’s chain hotel companies have a certain representation. Therefore, it is of great significance and significance to strengthen the research on the development and marketing strategy of China Living Group. This article briefly introduces the current development of China Lodging Group, analyzes the main problems existing in the marketing strategy of China Lodging Group, and puts forward countermeasures to further improve and optimize the marketing strategy of China Lodging Group.
