今年是24所建所20周年的日子,也是《微电子学》创刊20周年的日子。作为建所初期到所、并首先参与《微电子学》创建和编辑工作的我,回顾在所16个春秋的日日夜夜,实为24所取得的光辉业绩欢欣鼓舞。 24所在三线条件极端困难的情况下,经过艰苦创业、奋力拼博的光辉历程,取得了令人瞩目的成就。24所的业绩,已经载入中国电子工业发展的史册。在论述新中国建设和发展的历史过程和经验的《当代中国》丛书中,《当代中国的电子工业》卷扼要地记叙了我国半导体集成电路起步和发展的过程。在这段不长的文字中,有4处共用近400字记述了24所在我国半导体存储器、微处理电路、线性电路发展中所做的突出贡献。这样的殊遇在丛书中是不多见的。可以毫不夸张地说,
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the founding of the 24th and the 20th anniversary of the founding of Microelectronics. As an institute where I started and participated first in the creation and editing of Microelectronics, I reviewed the glorious achievements made by 24 in the past 16 days and nights. Under the extremely difficult conditions of the third line of 24, remarkable accomplishments have been achieved through the glorious journey of arduous pioneering and struggling hard. 24’s performance, has been included in the history of China’s electronics industry. In “Contemporary China” series, which discusses the historical process and experience of the construction and development of new China, “Contemporary China’s Electronic Industry” briefly describes the process of starting and developing the semiconductor integrated circuits in our country. In this short period of time, there are 4 places that share nearly 400 words and describe 24 outstanding contributions made in the development of China’s semiconductor memory, micro-processing circuits and linear circuits.
