盘式电机是美国、澳大利亚,日本、西德等国家所广泛应用的一种工业产品。它具有结构简单、轴向尺寸短,能实现自身制动,节约材料等优点。目前该产品已成为国内锻压、起重机械等行业较理想的功能部件。这种电机的定、转子铁芯结构特殊,无法用现有的通用设备进行加工,使得该产品批量生产受到了阻碍。针对上述问题,本文作者通过对国内几家生产厂加工该定、转子铁芯工艺的调查,分析比较了“卷绕-铣槽法”,“冲槽-卷绕法”和“冲卷联合法”三种加工方法的优缺点,肯定了“冲卷联合法”的先进性。推导出“冲卷联合法”加工的成形原理。关键词: 盘式电机定、转子铁芯加工工艺成形原理冲槽-卷绕自动机
