当前社会市场日趋激烈,电力企业在谋求自身发展的过程中,需要积极加强物资管理,在保证电力企业稳定高效运行的基础上,尽可能降低生产成本,深入挖掘企业内部潜力,推进企业的现代化发展。基于此,本文简要分析电力企业物资管理存在的问题,并提出科学化的改革措施,仅供相关人员参考。
At present, the social market is becoming increasingly fierce. In the course of seeking self-development, electric power enterprises need to actively strengthen material management. On the basis of ensuring the stable and efficient operation of electric power enterprises, the production cost should be reduced as much as possible, the potential inside enterprises should be tapped, and the modernization of enterprises should be promoted . Based on this, this article briefly analyzes the existing problems of material management in electric power enterprises and proposes scientific reform measures for the reference of relevant personnel.
