山楂果酸胶囊中成分较复杂,前处理一般采用干法灰化或湿法消化.采用灰化法时间较长,用湿法消化,耗酸量大,易造成挥发或污染,山楂果酸胶囊中油脂含量多,易产生爆炸,对检验人员身体危害大.本文介绍用微波消解器对山楂果酸油胶囊进行消化,具有快速、高效、安全、耗酸量少,空白值低等优点,用原子吸收光谱仪测定微量元素铅,结果平均回收率分别为铅96.0%~98.0%,重复测定6次,变异系数为2%.
