山东省平度市南村镇水利站坚持实体化经营、企业化管理,走“以副养水、以工养水、以水养水”的新路子,先后兴办了水利建筑安装、预制、刺绣、汽车修理等十几个经营项目,经济效益一年上一个新台阶。1993年水利站完成总产值1700万元,实现利税168万元。该站连续5年保持青岛市水利系统“综合经营先进单位”称号。其经验是:
