作为国际前沿的建筑资产综合管理运作模式,BIM能够帮助我们为建筑物创建一个或多个精确的虚拟数字化模型,以明显优于创建、共享以及使用信息的现行方法,实现建筑物从虚拟走向现实。在建筑项目从虚拟走向现实的路上,各国目前尚无如何实施BIM的统一标准,本文结合自身BIM实践以及国际组织推荐的BIM实施高标准做法,探讨BIM在建筑项目全生命周期各阶段的实施要点。
As an international mode of operation of integrated management of construction assets, BIM can help us to create one or more precise virtual digital models for buildings that clearly outperform existing methods of creating, sharing and using information to enable buildings to move from virtual to reality . In the construction project from virtual to reality on the way, there is no unified national standards for the implementation of BIM. In this paper, BIM practice with its own practice and recommended by international organizations BIM implementation of high standards approach to explore BIM in the construction project throughout the life cycle of the implementation of the key points .
