跨国经营企业的经营环境与员工构成的特殊性,决定了它要在两种管理文化、文明的基础上整合成一个企业的管理过程。因此,跨国经营企业必然会经历一个两种管理文化、文明整合成一个统一的企业文化的管理过程。该过程的开端,企业具有明显二元组织文化的特点,因此无法达成统一的管理过程,并极大地危害企业生存发展;随着实施有效的跨文化管理,逐渐使“二元”淡化,进而形成新的企业文化。在界定二元组织文化的基础上,从战略管理入手,以消除二元组织文化为目标,通过“战略认同—行为互动—制度创新”的跨文化管理模式,提出了有别于传统的新的跨文化管理界定,并探索了新的跨文化管理模式。
