为了求得推力轴承的流体动力刚性和阻尼,对推进动力为26000千瓦的单桨集装箱船的轴系在其试航期间进行了试验研究。本文介绍了一个轴系数学模型,对其主要参数的变化情况进行了数学探讨。试验结果表明:在轴系机械共振点上推力轴承润滑油膜存在明显的非线性状况,从而导致流体动力刚性和阻尼特性极低。这一现象说明了为什么作者在近几年中对若干轴系系统会观察到很大的纵向振幅。
In order to obtain the hydrodynamic rigidity and damping of the thrust bearing, the shaft system of a single-propeller container ship propulsion of 26000 kW was tested during its trial. In this paper, a mathematical model of shaft system is introduced, and its main parameters of the changes were discussed mathematically. The experimental results show that there is a significant non-linearity of the lubricating oil film on the thrust bearing at the point of mechanical resonance of the shaft system, resulting in very low hydrodynamic rigidity and damping characteristics. This phenomenon illustrates why the authors have observed large vertical amplitudes for several shaft systems in recent years.
