目的建立超高效液相色谱(UHPLC)法测定八宝惊风散中沉香四醇含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Poroshell 120 SBC18(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)为色谱柱固定相,以乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL·min~(-1);柱温为40℃;检测波长为252 nm。结果沉香四醇实现较好地分离,在4.02~40.2μg·mL~(-1)范围内线性良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.90%(n=6),RSD为1.64%。结论该方法测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可以作为八宝惊风散质量控制的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of radix notogin alcohol in Babao Xifeng San by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC). Methods The column of Agilent Poroshell 120 SBC18 (100 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm) was used as stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) - 0.1% formic acid solution (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.8 mL · min ~ (-1). The column temperature was 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was 252 nm. Results The results showed that there was a good linearity between rhamnol and rhamnoides in the range of 4.02 ~ 40.2μg · mL -1 (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.90% (n = 6) and the RSD was 1.64%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, with good reproducibility and can be used as reference for the quality control of Babaohuanfeng.
